The Founding Day Celebration was held at the Seicho-No-Ie Headquarters on February 11. Rev. Masanobu Taniguchi, President of Seicho-No-Ie, addressed the 429 attendees for 24 minutes in his capacity as the Superintendent.
On February 9, the “First Horse Day Festival” was held at the Suekazu Inari Shrine in Akasaka, Tokyo. Rev. Masanobu Taniguchi, President of Seicho-No-Ie, served as the Chief Priest. Mrs. Junko Taniguchi, President of White Dove Association, was also present.
In Hawaii, a Leaders’ Workshop of the Hawaii Missionary Area was held on November 10, 2012 at the Seicho-No-Ie Jisso Center on the island of Oahu. On the following day (November 11) a public lecture was held at the Ala Moana Hotel in Honolulu.
In Brazil, the 30th School Personnel Spiritual Training Seminar was held from January 9 to 13 at the Ibiuna Spiritual Training Center in Sao Paulo. The number of participants was 479. Ninety-three of them were first-timers.
Born in Sao Paulo. Graduated from the Industrial Engineering University in 1972. Employed by the Brazil Missionary Headquarters in 1989. Served as the chief of the Youth and Young Adult Association for four years from 1990.
