Japan---Uji Hozo Shrine Urabon Memorial Service
The 57th Hozo Shrine Urabon Memorial Service was held for three days from August 17 to 19 at the Seicho-No-Ie Uji Temple in Uji City, Kyoto Prefecture. During this period, on August 18, the Memorial Service for the Victims of Natural Disasters was held from 4:00 p.m.
USA---The 55th International Spiritual Training Seminar Held in Connecticut
The 55th International Spiritual Training Seminar was held from June 8 to 10 at the Wisdom House Retreat and Conference Center in Richfield, Connecticut, a neighboring city of New York. The number of participants was 43. Seventeen of them were first-timers.
Japan---The 17th Portuguese Spiritual Training Seminar
The 17th Seicho-No-Ie Portuguese Spiritual Training Seminar sponsored by the Seicho-No-Ie Headquarters was held at the Tobitakyu Spiritual Training Center in Chofu City, Tokyo from August 11 to 13. The number of participants was 192. They were originally from Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, and Japan.
Brazil---National Conventions
In Brazil, the National Conventions were held on July 1 and July 22. The number of attendees totaled 12,478. They studied the Truth and at the same time they pledged the further growth of the Movement. On July 1, the 26th Seicho-No-Ie Brazil National Convention (Japanese) was held
