Japan---Fall Festival
On November 21, the 34th Ryugu Sumiyoshi Hongu Fall Festival and the 31st Ryugu Sumiyoshi Reigu Fall Festival were held at the Seicho-No-Ie Main Temple in Nagasaki Prefecture. On the following day (November 22), a Ceremony to Commemorate the Birth of Rev. Masaharu Taniguchi was held.
Japan---Third-Year Memorial Service for Rev. Seicho Taniguchi
The Third-Year Memorial Service for Rev. Seicho Taniguchi was solemnly held on October 28 at the Seicho-No-Ie Headquarters in Harajuku, Tokyo. Rev. Masanobu Taniguchi, President of Seicho-No-Ie, addressed the 350 attendees.
Chicago---The 53rd International Spiritual Training Seminar
The 53rd International Spiritual Training Seminar (English) was held from September 16 to 18 in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A. The number of participants was 28, including nine first-timers.
Japan---The 16th Seicho-No-Ie Portuguese Spiritual Training Seminar Held at Uji Temple
The 16th Portuguese Spiritual Training Seminar sponsored by the Seicho-No-Ie Headquarters was held at the Seicho-No-Ie Uji Temple in Uji City, Kyoto. The number of participants was 383, up by 161 people over the previous time.
Brazil---Trees Growing Tall One and a Half Years after Tree Planting at Amazonia Spiritual Training Center
At the Amazonia Spiritual Training Center in Venavides, Para in the North of Brazil, a total of about 1,100 trees have been planted on its premise by the participants of various events since June of last year.
