Japan---Fall Memorial Service
The Fall Memorial Service for Distinguished Propagators was held on September 23 at the International Headquarters in Harajuku, Tokyo. Rev. Masanobu Taniguchi, Vice President of Seicho-No-Ie, served as the Chief Priest.
Brazil---52nd Youth Association National Convention
The 52nd Seicho-No-Ie Brazil Youth and Young Adult Association National Convention was held on September 1 at the Ginasio da Portuguesa de Desportos in Sao Paulo. The number of attendees was 5,012.
Germany---23rd Spiritual Training Seminar
The 23rd Seicho-No-Ie Europe Spiritual Training Seminar was held from July 27 to 29 at a youth hostel in Bad Kissingen in central Germany. The number of participants was 49, up by 25 percent (10 people) from the previous year.
London---Third London Seminar
The Third London Seminar was held from August 24 to 26 at the Sunbury Court International Conference Centre in the outskirts of London. The number of participants was a record 89 people.
Republic of China---New Missionary Center Building
In June of this year Seicho-No-Ie Republic of China Missionary Area refurbished the sixth floor of a 12-story office building in Kaohsiung. It was completed as the Kaohsiung Missionary Center.
