Apology for malfunction of live streaming of the “Commemoration to Pray for the Grand Harmony of God, Nature, and Human Beings” held on March 11th
Regarding the live streaming (only accessed through PC) of the “Commemoration to Pray for the Grand Harmony of God, Nature, and Human Beings” held on Tuesday, March11th, 2014 at the Seicho-No-Ie International Headquarters, “Office in the Forest” (Hokuto city, YAMANASHI), the system failure has occurred which caused the troubles such as the partial sound disconnection and the video freezing during the live streaming. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences that this may have caused to the members and followers of Seicho-No-Ie and all viewers.
We have investigated the cause of this live streaming malfunction and found out that it was due to the server trouble of the server-hosting provider. Although we have confirmed that there was no problem at our streaming test with some Seicho-No-Ie locations in prior to the event, this incident had occurred. Accordingly, we will re-examine and improve our system including a server-provider selection in order to provide a stable distribution of the live streaming.
