The Seminar program also included testimonials by entrepreneurs and a ceremony to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the Brazil Prosperity Society’s establishment.

Remarks By Rev. Yoshio Mukai,

Bishop of Seicho-No-Ie Latin America

“Through the visit of Mr. Kamiya, Chief of Prosperity Society, I learned that in Japan planting of trees is promoted to prevent global warming. In Brazil, too, we planted trees in January at the time of the educators’ spiritual training seminar. Also at this Seminar many participants deepened their understanding of the need for environmental protection and became determined to act in their respective fields when they return home to different parts of the country. I believe that this was quite significant.”
